Description There are about 900 species consisting of shrubs (1m) to trees (10m) and even some climbers. Glossy leaves emerge in a fan-like manner from the end of a long stalk, giving the plant a unique appearance. Because of its ornamental and decorative foliage it also finds popular use as an indoor plant.
Growing Schefflera is an adaptable plant that tolerates full sun to semi shade. It performs well in a well drained and moderately fertile soil.
